Sleep is fantastic
Lately I have been so very tired!I think my brain has finally realised that all the huge stresses of the year are finally over and after all this time and I've had so much happening at once - the wedding, moving house all at once, money stuff and then J's visa application which was a mammoth task.
It is all finally over! I think my brain has decided I need a great deal of rest now to catch up on all of that. Sleep is how my brain tends to resolve things.. when I'm sick I sleep a alot, when I'm stressed I sleep a lot.. and when I've had a lot of stress and then it stops I also sleep a lot as my body and brain is trying to recharge.
Just wish it would get it over with! I'm tired of being tired!
